“We were concerned about the “sugar ants” we were seeing here and there, so Ed came to look. He shared a lot of information and was very knowledgeable about their habits. He didn’t see activity that was of immediate concern, so he said it would make sense to wait before he did any spraying. He gave some great advice about what to do in the meantime. Ed was so kind and polite. He took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured to pay for something that wasn’t necessary. It is nice to do business with someone so professional who clearly enjoys what he does.
