I have been trying to get answers for my son since he was in 1st grade (now in middle school). I feel like I’ve been brushed off by multiple professionals from pediatricians to educational specialists but today Dr. Dukes listened to my son and I and I feel for the first time like we will have answers and can move forward for the first time in my sons young academic career. Dr. Dukes has incredible bedside manner and I felt he did an excellent job including both my son and I in everything during the exam. I never knew that “vision therapy” even existed, and although we don’t know yet if this is what my son will need until our next appointment I am confident that we are on the right path to finding answers and getting help. I’d also like to add that the front desk staff was so kind and Chris (?? Sorry if I’m making that name up?) was so thorough and kind and helped me pick out a cute pair of glasses for myself that will compliment my skin tone and face shape! Will never go anywhere else for eye exams as long as this place is in practice!
When my progressive lenses were not working for me, Chris went out of his way to fix it. My trifocals are now perfect. Thanks SO MUCH.
