The front desk people were wonderful, smiling, helpful and thorough. My experience with the technicians was that they were efficient and thorough but no eye contact, no smiles, nothing to make me feel like I was a person. I felt like I was on product on an assembly line. May have been a bad day for them but made me less confident. The doctor was kind but again I never felt any connection to me. I have to say I have been in customer service my entire career so I may be coming to this from a different angle than most.

Able to get same day appt. Forgot to specify Ashland, staff was able to make it work!!! Thank you!Blefferitis fix: Polysporin + lid scrub appears to be working. Yay. Already feeling some relief at day 2 of protocol.
