During Covid I had an eye emergency on a Friday- I live in Sam’s Valley and couldn’t find anyone in Medford who would see me. Finally I got into the emergency line and a doctor at Siskiyou said they would take me that day- I drove the 30 miles and have continued to. Having a rare form of glaucoma- having a reliable optometrist has been worth it. I just asked to get an appointment months before my next scheduled visit and they fit me in 2 days later. I feel assured I’m getting courteous and professional care on each exam. I even splurged on a great new pair of Burberry glasses, although it will take 2 weeks to make them- I think that’s pretty standard for the highest quality lenses with all the extra coatings. I’m NOT looking for recommendations- META won’t change the label they added.
