“The front desk people were wonderful, smiling, helpful and thorough. My experience with the technicians was that they were efficient and thorough but no eye contact, no smiles, nothing to make me feel like I was a person. I felt like I was on product on an assembly line. May have been a bad day for them but made me less confident. The doctor was kind but again I never felt any connection to me. I have to say I have been in customer service my entire career so I may be coming to this from a different angle than most.“

“After getting my frames bent from a ball hitting my face I wasn't sure if my glasses could come back, being so crooked to fall off my face when put on. Chris was so very helpful and not only did he fix my glasses but also made good conversation with all around him. Good atmosphere in the place.“
