I was unsure of how to describe what I wanted because I just generally let my stylist do her thing. He was able to discern what she usually did, asked great questions to pin point what I like, and also styled me so that it looked very polished. Highly recommend 👌 👍“

“I was a walk in customer a few days ago to Strands, which I had never been to before. The salon is small, cozy and inviting with nice music playing. I asked if they had any availability to cut my hair that day.

Morgan said she normally doesn't have space, but on that particular day she said she could see me in a couple of hours.

I returned and tried my best to explain what I wanted (I sometimes can't really articulate what it is I want, because sometimes I don't KNOW exactly what I want!). I generally only get my hair cut about two times a year. I am also pretty lazy about my hair, I usually put it up and I don't even own a blow dryer!

Morgan listened, paraphrased, showed me how much she thought she should cut and when she was finished she asked me if I was happy with how it looked or if I wanted anything different.

Usually it takes me washing it myself to see how I feel about a haircut, but I knew right away I liked it. After I washed it I thought it looked good, healthy and was exactly what I wanted.
