“We’re very recent transplants to Eagle Point from Arizona, and my aging mother wanted a pedicure. She’s used to walking into salons in Walmart, but that’s not an option here, so we had to look elsewhere.

We received a referral to Country Roots from another nail pro who had a full schedule. That was nice!

Nikki greeted us right away and said Amanda would be available in about half an hour. Great!

As a guy, I can barely spell pedicure, but Mom seemed to enjoy Amanda’s patience and service.

Meanwhile, I met Denise, the owner, and talked shop, travel, and how to retrieve photos from Mom’s iPhone.

Overall, the service was excellent! The atmosphere was welcoming, everyone was courteous, and the prices were reasonable.

My wife will visit soon for hair and nails, and I’m sure my mom will be back when it’s time to do this again!“
