“When I brought my old pug Walnut to Healing Arts, he could neither walk nor stand. He couldn't even eat without help. We thought we were going to have to put him down. The good folks at Healing Arts collaborated with our regular vet on a treatment plan that involved both PT (including acupuncture) and medication. Walnut is still old and wobbly, he'll never be a gymnast, but he is back to walking, eating without assistance, and so on. The staff show him genuine care and affection every time we go in. The services these folks provide are a bargain, in my estimation.“

“This review is for Dr. Franklin and long overdue. If no one can figure out what's going on with your pet, go to Dr. Franklin, he's seen it all. 11 years ago I had a young cat who had some kind of issue no one could figure out. I had paid thousands of dollars to have her examined by 10 different vets and all the labs etc. I was on the verge of losing my job because of how much care she needed. My last stop was Dr Franklin. He wasn't sure what was going on initially, but within a few days he made a presumptive diagnosis of FIP. When I researched FIP, my cat fit the profile almost exactly. This is not a disease many vets see in their career, and I'm so relieved to have been sent to Dr. Franklin. He prepared me for her passing and offered a lot of support. He removed such a huge burden by just being there and available to triage any problems, answer questions, and set expectations so I no longer felt I was going through this alone. I can't thank you enough Dr. Franklin, I've never forgotten your kindness.“

“We moved to Cathedral a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend. We've seen several of their veterinarians and techs in that time. There's so much positive to say about our care at Cathedral. We mostly see Dr. Jenny - she's the best. She makes such a fuss over our pets, which I'm sure she does with all the dogs and cats but it makes us feel special. We've had some ups and downs with our pets over the years and she's always steered us in the right direction. Very grateful to have her. We also love the techs. We've worked with MJ most recently when our kitten was sick and MJ just seems so delighted to see her. I think they might love our pets more than we do LOL. I was in the clinic last week and one of the front desk staff, Libby, really likes dog. She drew the cutest picture on a sticky note that was an absolute likeness of our girl. It's now framed in our house. Libby also had a magic trick a few visits ago to get our dog to stop crying in the waiting room; she gave her a little bit of spray cheese on a tongue depressor and that kept our dog occupied while we waited to be roomed.

“Highly recommend bringing your cats here! I was previously using Banfield and their services are not adequate for senior cats, especially one that has diabetes. Dr. Lynn Healy is knowledgeable, great with handling cats, and I trust her professional opinion. All of the vet staff is friendly, loves/knows cats, and are a joy to work with. The prices might be higher than Banfield, but you're paying for exceptional service that affects your cats longevity.“

Dr. Jake Lauer is very kind, thorough, and has been so great with all of my cats. The team is so accommodating to schedule changes and conflicts, they are efficient and always so friendly. (First Review) Amazing staff, service and cleanliness! Refreshments from sparkling water to Coca-Cola are offered with no charge, as well as blankets sprayed with Feliaway (calming spray) to help cats while they’re locked in their carrier! I was also very surprised to see that they had closed off waiting areas for dogs! 10/10, I will be brining my other animals here as well! The Dr. was very resourceful and had a lot of information!“

“I would like to extend my deep appreciation to Dr. Ghitea and his staff for the wonderful care that they provided to my cats and dogs for more than a decade. Dr. Ghitea's veterinary services were always excellent and reasonable. I always walked away feeling that my animals were well taken care of without it costing me a bundle. One time, Dr. Ghitea pulled some rotten teeth from my dog without even charging me. He took excellent care of my Samantha (cat) over the years, and I believe she made it to 20 as the result of his care. When my beautiful Samantha was on her last days, Dr. Ghitea comforted me and told me the truth that it would not be long saving me from spending money that wouldn't prolong her life any longer. Sadly, Samantha passed away about a week later in my arms although she had a wonderful life. I moved to No. Idaho this past year and will greatly miss Dr. Ghitea and his staff along with the memorable conversations that we had over the years. Thank You Dr. Ghitea and staff, my pets and I will miss you!

“We started coming here in 2018 when the rescue we got our pup from recommended it. When we got our 2nd pup a couple years later through a different rescue, they recommended the same place. We lost the vet we had been using for our two cats, but we didn’t really like them anyway. Yesterday we brought our 15 year old Kitty in, and they were so sweet with her. They’re just always so good with our pets, everyone is so friendly, and we always have a great experience.
I’m also going to speak to the cost. Vet care is expensive, but their pricing is fair and reasonable. It’s also really nice to not be constantly upsold on this or that. They have the info, but they don’t push or shame you to make expensive decisions on things your pets don’t need. They listen, and recommend what you really want and need for your pets instead. We’ve never had to turn away a service because it was too expensive at Willamette.
In addition, we drive almost an hour to get there even though we have plenty of vets within 5-10 minutes of us. Even in Friday afternoon traffic, it’s worth it to go the extra distance.“

“The Incredible Dr. Ramsell and her team have given us the best exotic pet service and outcomes that I have experienced. My family is very satisfied with the service here. So far, 2 leopard gecko problems and the first one is back to thriving after a respiratory infection.

The second is a bit of a guarded prognosis yet, but I can see that Dr. Ramsell is very interested in the case and is willing to go the extra mile on this mystery. This is in stark contrast to our experience at a famous ER in Portland last week. With exotics you basically need a specialist or that rare vet who is willing to take on the challenge for the sake of saving a life, and I feel like both of those converge here.“

“Aloha Dog and Cat is our primary care vet for two German Shepards and two cats. The staff here has never been anything less than respectful and professional. They're prices are extremely reasonable especially in this day and age which is appreciated. The staff is knowledgeable, has never steered us wrong or misdiagnosed/mistreated our pets and the vets are always willing to chat and answer questions if something comes up. We've had a handful of unfortunate circumstances with our pets and they've helped with referrals to specialists amd/or top notch follow up care. Thanks to Tanasbourne Vet Emergency and this office, they're all still with us and doing well.
