Everyone was so kind, the office is very clean and we felt a genuine sense of care for our family. Our dog got 2 teeth extracted and had a full dental cleaning. His mouth looks amazing and his teeth are so sparkly! They thoroughly explained all the after care, what was to be expected and called to check in on him following his procedure. We’ve been looking for a primary care provider for our dog and we definitely found the right place.
The staff here is amazing. I have been taking my Great Dane Charlie here since he was 8 weeks old, he’s now 8-1/2 years old. So many times they have gone above and beyond for my sweet boy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Charlie loves his vet, Dr Schlimgen! They even share a birthday!! I can’t thank them enough for taking care of him his whole life.
They’re compassionate, caring, explain everything and let you know what they think the best options are for your pet, and why. I seriously love them.

We tried several veterinarian offices in Sherwood before finding our favorite, Sherwood Family Pet Clinic! Dr. Schlimgen is our primary vet and we are so happy with him. He explains things thoroughly and honestly. He and the staff helped us through the passing of our 2 elderly dogs over the past few years and are now helping us welcome 2 new pups. We also take our 3 cats here! The prices are fair and ALL the staff are amazing. Excellent customer service every time I have to call or come in. Highly recommend!
