Jason was amazing and very knowledgeable and professional. He was in the Eugene area and drove to Grants Pass to figure out why my furnace was not working. He spent time explaining things to me in a simple way I could understand and came after hours. Previously, I had called a different HVAC company, and they came out and told me my house was full of carbon monoxide and not to run my furnace. I would need a new furnace for $20,000.
