5 stars is Not Enough for this Amazing Company!! Although this is the first time I've used this company, I will Absolutely use them for ALL of my future needs! I called many companies before finding Bartlett Tree Experts (my husband remembered them as Buena Vista Arborists, as he's heard Nothing but great things about them, so I finally called them). All of the other companies that I called before finding them, either never bothered calling me back, or couldn't help me out until "at least" next week. While there were a couple hiccups with scheduling, I was beyond satisfied with the quality of the work completed. The guys that showed up on the day of the job were friendly, professional and you could tell that they really care about the health of the trees they work on. One of the guys went so far as to tell me it was an honor to work on our willow tree.Professionalism was top notch. They paid special care when driving their truck in to the backyard to make sure the yard was not destroyed. The project consisted of removing several limbs on our very large sequoia trees. We called a number of service providers, and BV was quick to respond and provide us an estimate . . which was highly competitive. They were available to do the work reasonably quickly, and the work was done exceeding our expectations. They were efficient, pleasant to deal with, and did a good job cleaning up.
