Never sat so long for a ua ever. Allowed people to go before people that had been here for about an hour.

And if you look through the history here is not good. Do better..

Came in for a drug test and the lady gave me two containers and told me to pee in one to a certain line and the other needs too be full then as I was finished she told me I had to redo it because I transferred it into the other container saying it was tempered. And would have to wait 3hrs max to redo it when i already went pee and had somewhere to be very unprofessional. She said she was never told to not leave both containers while doing the drug test.

Unfortunately they don't take my insurance, however of all the clinics I've called, the receptionist here was one of the most helpful and was easy to get a hold of. I'd think that reflects at least reasonably well how the rest of their clinic is operated...
