Great care despite me being medically complex and not having many treatment options. I feel heard and seen every time I go in. Office staff are kind and bubbly. Only downside is the wait time. It takes me about an extra hour to wait for my doctor, but I guess that's what happens when you find a good one - high demand.
I got my new primary care physician Dr. Didier. She is amazing and the staff here are totally amazing too. They were friendly and helpful and kind and the phlebotomist is amazing. She took blood without even there was no pain and they were very, very encouraging and helpful people.
Came in needing a simple blood draw and because I wasn't an original patient, there were a few hiccups along the way. Normal fax number confusion on my part, but the lab ladies handled it like champs!! They went out of their way to make my appointment happen. Really really appreciated they're efforts!
