Jacob was a pleasant and respectful young man who showed respect for the home by wearing booties while crossing over to the deck. Technicians always check in with customers to identify problem areas and take the time to answer any questions, doing very thorough work. Customers appreciate the guaranteed service and have been using Pointe Pest Control for multiple years now.

Crystal has been coming to service my house since I started working with Point Pest Control and I really like her! I left for work shortly after she arrived and she did all that I asked so that my house was secure when she left. She was coming out for a treatment between the last and the next regular service because I had a lot of new activity of several different types of bugs because of the change in weather, so it’s free of charge, but my monthly bill is just over $41/month.
Josh has been to our place before and is always very polite and positive. He goes the extra mile, for example ... he knocked down a small bees nest under the eve of our shop that is over 20 feet with out being asked to! He is a good technician.
