Absolutely brilliant company. They’ve done all our plumbing work over the years and just bailed us out when our hot water tank blew up. Professional, courteous, timely with great communication. Thank you soooo much.

Although we are sad someone left a 1* rating, we are Not sure how Previous claim about backflow being delayed would have happened . All reports are send in after payment is made. They would only be delayed if a payment had not yet been received. We have never charged 50.00, so unless there was a 5.00 service fee for non payment there would be no 50.00 billing. We have no idea who this customer was as no name was attracted to complaint, but if we did anything incorrectly we absolutely apologize . We have Professional and prompt services at great prices . We are in no way perfect but We teally do try hard to keep all our customers happy and keep our prices and services...read full review
