Miles and his assistant were punctual, notifying us just before they arrived(on time) and completing the work in the promised time period. They took care to remove shoes and keep us informed step by step as they performed our plumbing replacement and repairs. They were polite and professional in every way
We just had Micah from Linn Benton Plumbing work on a clogged shower drain, and another issue with a downstairs shower stall. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic. He educated us on our plumbing (old house, remodeled a few times with different kinds of pipes!), and showed us ways to prevent plumbing problems before they happen. Plumbing, just like everything else in life, needs maintenance and care. Consistent care goes a long way. Miles was wonderful! He and Erica at Linn Benton Plumbing made it ridiculously easy to get a new water heater — all I had to do was say yes and pay. Miles also installed a new bathroom sink and redid the sink plumbing. He was thorough, conscientious, and easy to talk to.
