I’ve used American Rooter for years to come in and deal with sneaking or clogged pipes. They have great technicians that are super friendly and don’t over prescribe the work just to gouge you. Super honest and trustworthy. This time I needed to hire them for something a little more involved, I received most multiple phone calls after hours by SHAUN, the manager over there, Who was so helpful and really went the extra mile with us. He even came over for another consultation, free of charge, and gave us several options. Really appreciated their professionalism and care for their clients. Will call them again without hesitation! We were very very pleased with the work that was done by Shaun and trainee, Sam. They did an awesome job! Our kitchen drain was backed up, (first time in 30 years) they came to our rescue and had it fixed in no time. As an added bonus, Shaun offered to replace the water hose on our new toilet. We highly recommend American Rooter, very professional and very friendly. The office ladies were very helpful too in getting us scheduled on a late Friday afternoon, they were fantastic!!
