“I had called multiple dentists to get my husband help. He was in severe pain from his teeth.

I contacted Complete Dental Health and expected the same nonsense the rest told me. However; I was told he could come in the next day for an emergency lookup.

When we got there the only issue I had wad finding the entrance lol

They were so kind, so amazing, accommodating. They helped him, checked his bad tooth. Tested it. Gave us options. Had no issues with me being there or my two kids. Gave us all chairs to sit in. They were amazing! Amazing! My husnand had a chance to have his tooth pulled and they were gentle.

“My husband and I needed a new dentist when we moved to Albany, and I am so glad we found Mid-Valley.I have a complicated medical and dental history, but Dr. Reynolds wasn't phased and has been so helpful in dealing with the issues that have come up in my short time as a patient of theirs.My husband is less complicated but has a few issues leftover from a previous dentist that still need to be resolved, and again Dr. Reynolds jumped right in. The man knows his stuff!The most amazing thing to me is that Dr. Reynolds was able to extract a tooth with ONLY waking sedation and numbing. I've had a number of procedures in the past and have NEVER been able to get through it without significant pain, unless nitrous was used. Which put me in the weird position of having to call around desperately seeking a dentist that is well versed in using nitrous to prevent pain, rather than anxiety (which is what my old dentist used it for and for some reason this meant that they REFUSED to turn the nitrous up when I was still in pain, so now I DO have anxiety about dental procedures, thanks guys) every time I needed more than a cleaning.Mid-Valley uses nitrous but they don't like to use it in addition to other sedatives, which I didn't find out until I was in the chair ready to go. The oral sedative they gave is one I've taken before and I SWORE it wouldn't be enough. I was panicking a little but the dental assistant (whose name I didn't catch) was so kind, she offered me a stress ball and said just let us know if the pain is too much and we'll stop and figure it out.You guys. Other than one very quick sharp pain, I felt almost nothing. I don't know what kind of sorcery they taught at Dr. Reynolds' dental school but this man literally pulled something out of my head with nothing more than some Halcion and Lidocaine. I was starting to think that I was immune to those numbing shots but apparently I just saw a string of terrible dentists.Last but not least, their office staff is phenomenal. Quick, patient, and personable. They've texted me more than once which I really appreciate (I don't know what it is with millennials and phone calls but texting is just so much easier!) and have gotten me in for same or next day appointments every time something urgent has come up.I just can't say enough good things!“

“I had to bring my seven month old with me to my cleaning, and she was having a hard morning. All the staff were kind and understanding, one even hunted down a ducky toy! They could have shamed me or been rude, told me to get a babysitter (we just moved to Albany and know no one!) but instead they were accommodating and nice. Cleaning went well, even if it was a bit rushed due to my little being very fussy.“
