Dr. Nordmark and the Willamette Dental staff are so friendly and gentle with their treatments. I appreciate how well Dr. Nordmark listened to me and how she didn’t try to sell me an overpriced mouthguard like so many other dentists do. This provider group is definitely worth the hour drive into the Valley for me.
Just switched over from the Corvallis branch, and the difference is night and day! Some specific points:
- I felt so welcome here! Everyone was smiley and it's so clear they love their jobs and love taking care of their patients!
- I love how well they explained everything! Not only happily answering questions, but also talking to me about what they were doing while they did it. In the x-ray, during the cleaning, and especially while talking about pains I've been having.
