Silver Falls Family Dental Care
“This is an unsolicited letter of commendation for Patty, the receptionist at SF Family Dental Care. Knowing how to best use insurance for dental services can be confusing to the patient. Patty has been extremely helpful in ensuring I get the best care possible while making good and appropriate use of my insurance. With her help I have been able to stay current with my cleanings and more involved care such as a crown without going into personal and unmanageable debt.
Further, Patty is always pleasant and professionally friendly. I don’t suppose anyone looks forward to sitting in the dentist chair, but having someone greet patients at the door with a warm welcome make the experience at SFDC a comfortable one. Patty is exceptional in this regard.”
