Excellent service with friendly, understanding staff. The process is quick, no long waits at all. I've been going to them for 5 years now for my 3 cats and one dog. The care is always top notch and I usually get same day appointments. You never get the feeling that they don't care about your pet. Of course not every vet is the same and some are more personable than others and it all depends on the situation as well. I also don't understand the comments about upselling and vaccines, you don't have to agree to those. I refuse and get the ones I deem pertinent depending on the pet, their age and their indoor/outdoor status. When one of our cats passed away, they did their best to ease the situation. Lennox Animal Hospital has been caring for my cats for years, and they always get great care. The people are kind, and they're always willing to see me right away when it's something urgent.
