Our water pump failed and needed replacement. Jaynes understood the urgency and accommodated us very quickly. The gentleman who came out was highly knowledgeable, and had all the necessary tools, materials, and skills to diagnose and replace the pump efficiently. They also followed up later to make adjustments and clean the tap screens to ensure proper water flow. Aside from the cost of the water pump, all charges (cost per hour, time, travel, and additional materials) were absolutely clear and fair! Right from the initially call to book, to the response time back and the professionalism and family oriented treatment and honesty you receive from this company. My son left a message on Saturday to get a tech to come in to see why his propane furnace would not ignite, Monday morning got a message back while at work, called me to call them back to meet them at his home, the woman was very friendly and my return call from Drew Jayne's after talking to her was less then 10 minutes. Drew came out today to diagnose my issue with my furnace, he went above and beyond. Very experienced and knowledgeable of his profession.
