I made an appointment to get new summer tires put on my summer rims and an alignment. From the moment I called to book the appointment the staff were amazing. When I dropped off the car I was greeted in a friendly manner and was assisted getting the rims and tires out of my husband's truck. I even forgot to tell them where my summer lug nuts were as I switch them in the winter and they found them without calling me. Overall very satisfied and impressed with the level of customer service Steve's Auto provided. Definitely will be back!

Always above and beyond expectations! From the moment I dropped my truck off for a transmission problem, a courtesy ride home, quick to get into shop even though they were busy, to the upfront diagnostic and quote, and speedy repair, got it back sooner than expected and the quote was lower and my truck was sparkling clean from a wash. And they always have a courtesy loaner car to help out. Top notch service shop , top notch team upfront and in the repair area.
