Just got my hair cut Wednesday. Amber got me started and Emily finished it off. Had wonderful conversations with these two fabulous ladies, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend coming here. The atmosphere was relaxing and we shared some good laughs. I’m feeling confident with my new haircut and I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about it. They did a wonderful job and I will always come back. Thank you Emily and Amber. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt confident in a hair salon, felt heard and cared about by a hairdresser…I really appreciate the work you did and how valued you made me feel. I have been going to Sley and Co for almost a year and always book with Amber. I absolutely love her and the salon environment in general. Amber is an amazing artist, and while she specializes in blonding she has done a large variety of colour for me as well, and I’ve never been disappointed. I most recently gave her my head and told her to “surprise me” and even with limited details she was able to give me a look I love. Amber and the Salon owner, Sunni, have always been very understanding about things too. Once I unexpectedly had a mild allergic reaction to one of the colours and they were able to walk me through the steps of how to help the irritation on my scalp. Amber and Sunni have also been extremely kind and accommodating about a personal situation I’ve been through that impacts me on the day to day. Amber and Sunni are also extremely knowledgeable about their techniques and products (one thing I love is that they don’t force products on you but are great at recommending the right products if you ask about them). Amber has always been very considerate as well when working on my head. The first time I went she asked me about any allergies I know of, and went through the ingredients in their products when I did express an allergy to an environmental substance. She is also very gentle with your head, she’s never pulled my hair or made me uncomfortable in any way, even when washing hair she always asks if the temperature is okay. Overall, I love the communication, services, and environment at the salon. I 100% recommend the salon to anyone interested in essentially any hair service.
Love the way the salon is decorated. And joe did a great job with my boys cuts. Definitely will be back.
