A trim is what my son wanted, he has long hair! They used the clippers and took all the hair off like a fade. We even told Barber to stop a few times. And yet keep going shorter. Management said no refund as didn’t show a picture. I said any trim hair cut I’ve ever seen is with scissors not the clippers. Very disappointed on this one. $30 for a 10 min awful experience.

Just got another fade done by the wonderful Marietta! She’s been doing my hair for the past year and she knocks it out of the park every time. Highly suggest you go here for any haircut!! And I will always highly suggest Marietta!!

Prices are too high. Receptionist doesn't speak clear English on the phone. No options for a trim. Trims cost the same as a full cut.

This place is terrible every time my hb goes Felipe gets everything wrong, hes is incapable of following clear instructions, it’s just embarrassing at this point. His girlfriend broke up with him after seeing his cut.

Maybe it was listed on the website, however I didn't book a hair wash for my child. It was immediately washed before the haircut, then the hair stylist lectured me & then my child about brushing his hair. Which felt rude and unappreciated. Then at check out I was surprised, by the added cost of the hair wash, which again I didnt concent to this service. Fortunately I had enough cash on hand to cover this cost. However, I dont valued as a customer and doubt I will be returning.
*** edit to add in response to my comment. At NO POINT did anyone tell me that my child's hair was unclean and asked if it was okay to wash it. When I was told about the expected additional charge, I was told that she had to wash his hair because of the length. NOT because of uncleaniness. Very unprofessional and poor taste of this business to suggest that I dont wash my child's hair on a public form juat because i gave a review that I was unhappy about unexpected charge to a service I wasn't expecting to receive.

First impression of this place was that the barbers there were serious and good at what they do. Felipe cut my hair today and did a great job. He’s super friendly. This will be my regular spot from now on!

Felipe hooked it up. Went it with my head a mess having not had a cut for a couple months. Showed him two pictures quickly of hair examples I liked and he executed it perfectly. Will be back
