Amazing environment and service. First appointment here and had Jackson. Gave the guy a bit of freedom with the cut just told him to do what he thinks would look good and he didn’t disappoint. Definitely found my Barber going forward. Great kid too. Appreciate it Jackson!

Not a place to take kids for cuts. The shop talk very inappropriate at times with kids around. Sad really.

Great traditional Barbershop, no nonsense, and fast haircuts. Walk ins are difficult to get, would definitely recommend booking ahead, as they're a very busy shop.

Atmosphere is awesome, and everyone is friendly. Have gotten cuts from Jackson & Joy, and they've done a great job every time. Highly recommend.

I just realized that I haven't left a review for Prime yet so it's long overdue. Wes has been my barber for almost five years now ever since I moved to Ingersoll. Not only does he do an exceptional job at cutting my hair, he provides a unique space to socialize and enjoy the unique decor, the music from all genres and eras, and a place where you can feel welcomed regardless of your background. The barbershop talk is always respectful but fun and I feel like I am seeing friends or family when here. If you are looking for something fast or a place where they have distractions for kids - this ain't it but if you want a barbershop where you will feel respected, included, and receive a great haircut - this is the place to be. Prices are very reasonable and they carry a carefully curated set of products which helps for those who aren't sure what to use to keep that style as fresh as it was when you left the shop. Having seen barbers in KW and London who were amazing and not so amazing I can say we are truly lucky to have this place in town. If you are a sports fan (I am not except for basketball) you are also in for a treat.
Thanks to the Prime team for keeping me looking great for the past five years - look forward to continuing to see you for my haircuts and for the banter.
