The office staff kept in touch about scheduling and was very good about making sure I understood the process/my payment options. I chose Dry Basements because Rob seemed like a knowledgeable and straight up guy. He gave us a reasonable quote and delivered bang on schedule. I was really impressed with their work, and even more impressed with their follow up - Josh was efficient, extremely helpful and professional. We now have a permanently dry basement ! Josh is a really nice guy too. Would highly recommend their services !
