“Andy and his team did a fantastic job renovating our condo kitchen, bathroom and installing vinyl flooring! He is an honest worker, excellent communicator and clearly takes pride in his work ensuring that the job is finished perfectly.Andy gave us a fair estimate for our small reno. He gave us options that fit our budget (e.g. labour alone vs materials included and ways to use existing materials to reduce costs). His communication was perfect - I would get a reply from him within the hour by email/text. He would even video call me to show me progress. He entertained our creative vision and the job was executed exactly how we envisioned it.I initially tried 3 other contractors - I found that as a woman some of these contractors were unapproachable. Andy explained exactly what he would be doing and the logistics. I felt assured I was not being ripped off. He knows how to run an honest business and provideded excellent quality.
