He is an honest worker, excellent communicator and clearly takes pride in his work ensuring that the job is finished perfectly.Andy gave us a fair estimate for our small reno. He gave us options that fit our budget (e.g. labour alone vs materials included and ways to use existing materials to reduce costs). His communication was perfect - I would get a reply from him within the hour by email/text. He would even video call me to show me progress. He entertained our creative vision and the job was executed exactly how we envisioned it.I initially tried 3 other contractors - I found that as a woman some of these contractors were unapproachable. Andy explained exactly what he would be doing and the logistics. I felt assured I was not being ripped off. He knows how to run an honest business and provideded excellent quality. “Thank you to the HIP for our fantastic bathroom renovation. The bathroom was original to our mid-80s house and was in need of a major upgrade. Gerhard was very helpful with planning, and helping us understand what would work well. He was always willing to give input on the materials we were considering to ensure they would fit and be best for the job.
Nicolai did an amazing job on the work! We were trying to get the job finished before our kids came home for the holiday break and he delivered! The bathroom looks so fantastic and the workmanship was excellent.

Our project manager, Pasha, was also incredible to work with. He took care of everything and made the process feel so much less stressful on our end, even working weekends and overnight when needed.

The original space was fully demolished, and David’s team helped bring our vision to life. In its place, they built 5 soundproof treatment rooms, a kitchen, an office, and a beautiful gym with amazing lighting and wall accents.
