Ketan & Tony were assigned as project managers to the floor replacement in my condo via CAA insurance. I’m very happy with the results and was pleasantly surprised by their professional performance. Whole process went very smoothly, and work was completed before assumed completion date. Special thanks to the cleaning team. All my stuff was put away by them before work started and put back exactly the way it was before I left. I would certainly recommend anyone who needs floor replacement to hire Buchly. When we contacted the insurance company about a small leak in my parents' basement, we decided to go with Bachly, since they were the contractor provided to us. We definitely did not regret that decision. We had constant, clear communication and plans for what days they would be coming, what they would be doing and how long it would take. It took less days than we anticipated and they had a great attention to detail and left the room even better than before. All of the people that were sent to the house were very caring and understanding when it came to navigating the hovering and excitement of my father with dementia, which was greatly appreciated!
