When we contacted the insurance company about a small leak in my parents' basement, we decided to go with Bachly, since they were the contractor provided to us. We definitely did not regret that decision. We had constant, clear communication and plans for what days they would be coming, what they would be doing and how long it would take. It took less days than we anticipated and they had a great attention to detail and left the room even better than before. All of the people that were sent to the house were very caring and understanding when it came to navigating the hovering and excitement of my father with dementia, which was greatly appreciated!
German was my project manager assigned to a floor replacement work at my condo via TD insurance. My condo management was being very difficult to work with, but German and team's professionalism was greatly appreciated at this time.
All team members were very good spirited, professional, and genuinely nice people. Aside from high quality of work, communication was timely and complete which is very important as an offsite owner. Thank you for excellent service and exceeding my expectations in all fronts.
Sarah Yoo was the person who answered the phone when i called as directed TD Insurance because I needed emegency work at my condo as a result of water damage, the cause of which was was not known. I was at about to board a plane and told that to her. She took my infomation and said she would do her best to get a technition to my condo. When I landed some 3.5 hours later I got a call from the Technition woud had been at my condo . Amazing.! Sarah was calming and most polite and knowledgeable. A credit to her employer.
She is a keeper.
