The very next day I received the quote in writing including the entire scope of the project from start to finish. I did not get one other quote in writing!The date to start the reno was set and from that time there were no delays at all. When we were told that the trades persons would arrive on a particular day, they were always on time. Allthe work was done in the master ensuite with special care taken to keep the dust out of the bedroom and other parts of the condo.
