They actually went on the roof to check it out (other companies had just used drones). We got a detailed estimate on paper and they were able to start work immediately, despite the severe freezing temperatures. We called other places for a quote and either they took too long to reply or they didn't reply at all. We had to have contractors come in to repair the damage inside the house from the leak and didn't want to begin that until the roof had been replaced (since it could leak again and cause further damage).
