Technician was great. Made recommendations to replace the water heater as it was simply a matter of time before having to replace under an unfavourable time. Replacement was done in a timely manner and works great!

Water heater with no hot water, tried lighting the pilot with no luck. Firah (spelling?) came early the next day and fix it up quickly. Great service especially the tech who did the work!
