I tried this place after many, MANY negative experiences. Not only do I love this place for myself, but I have two daughters who love getting their nails done, and I bring them here as well! The owner and her staff are kind and friendly, quickly putting you at ease. Their open and friendly demeanor make the whole experience that much more enjoyable, which I appreciate as a pretty socially anxious person. Even my super shy kids felt at ease and look forward to their next appointment! While I love everything about this place, what deserves special mention is how much they care about you leaving your appointment happy. I use to get my nails done by these other shops and my nails were absolutely horrible and in terrible shape. Started seeing Bry a little over a year now and my nails are now healthy. The talent of this woman is absolutely remarkable! I am always bringing crazy designs to her and she slays them EVERYTIME!! I will always recommend this salon, the ladies at Queen B are not out for a quick dollar, they will go above and beyond for their clients to have healthy nails not just money in their pockets!
