Multiple Nissan vehicles were purchased. The salesperson misrepresented the sale and sold a show car with a cracked window, which was not replaced. Easier to buy a car online to get exactly what you want and need.

My latest oil change experience was very positive. Although, almost all of my previous dealings with this dealership were extremely poor.

My car wouldn't start and had some brake noise. They were fast and efficient with the repairs and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. The sales team was not honest or transparent from the beginning. They attempted to have me sign a form stating there was no damage to the vehicle. When I insisted on inspecting the car first, I discovered significant paint damage—the surface felt rough, and there were visible scratches all over the vehicle.
My concerns were dismissed, and I was pressured to accept the car “as is.” After I refused, I was told the issues would be fixed. The next day, I received a text from the salesperson saying the car was ready for pickup. Upon inspection, it was clear that the problem was not properly repaired—only masked. I was told that “every new car has issues” and that “no car is perfect,” and again pressured to accept the vehicle.
When I declined, I was told the car was already registered under my name and that if I didn’t take delivery, they would sell it and charge me for any loss. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I was also told by the General Manager and one of the managers that all Nissan vehicles on their lot have scratches and that this is normal for new cars. I find this very hard to believe, but I will leave that to others’ judgment.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Nissan Windsor: Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before signing any documents, and do not rely solely on verbal assurances. Respond to your recent post- You did not offer me the option to cancel the lease. Instead, I was informed that if I did not pick up the vehicle, it would be sold and I would be charged for any costs incurred or any difference in price.
Additionally, both the MG and the Sales Manager informed me that scratches are present on all vehicles on your lot and stated that this is considered normal. The Sales Manager personally walked my friend and me through the showroom and pointed out several new vehicles, explaining that they also had scratches and paint imperfections. He specifically showed us a new Nissan Leaf in the showroom and stated it had the same paint issues. My friend and I inspected the vehicle and clearly observed scratches and paint damage.
Furthermore, the GM informed me that a new Infiniti displayed in the showroom that has similar paint issues and stated that the paint condition on my vehicle was better than that of the Infiniti.
Based on these interactions, I strongly disagree with how this matter has been handled. I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint with the appropriate government agency regarding this issue. I’m sharing my experience with Nissan Windsor so others don’t go through the same thing. I’m very disappointed with the level of dishonesty and lack of transparency. When buying a brand-new car, it should be in mint condition, and any issues—especially while the vehicle is still on the dealer’s lot—are the dealer’s responsibility, not the buyer’s. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and thoroughly enjoying this vehicle. My sales consultant ,Saif, was instrumental in building my trust in Nissan as I have never owned one previously. He was so polite, professional and personable. He answered every question, introduced me to all the features and made sure I felt good in the vehicle. If you want a great vehicle and want to work with an amazing consultant I recommend Saif. What a comfortable and enjoyable experience! Thanks Saif?
