My experience was great right down to the phone conversation..The mailbox was full and I received a call right back without leaving a message..I was running late and they were very pleasant and understanding. I was greeted by everyone ..They helped me pic a beautiful color and I absolutely LOVE how my Knotless braids turned out ..ALL the Ladies had upbeat personalities..This waa my first time ill definitely be back thanks again
