Tina is very professional and awesome at her job! She chats with you while she's doing electrolysis and you don't even feel the needles. She also did an amazing facial on me. It was the first time, I've ever had one, and it was so relaxing. My face felt alive and my face felt clean, fresh and alive!! I just can't say enough great things about Tina!! I would recommend her to everyone!! She is very personable and accommodating. ?

I just want to say that this place is the best spa in waterloo, Rana is so nice and professional! I will definitely recommend to my friends! She is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Great atmosphere and the prices are great as well!
