A little disappointed with my experience at KMichael's Flowers. A few weeks ago, I ordered a corsage for my son’s prom. I specifically asked for something elegant and simple with orchids, and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and explained that she would add an orchid with a few small flowers around it — nothing overwhelming, just classy and tasteful. She also mentioned she would send me photos the week before, since she was preparing for other proms as well, but I never received anything. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the flowers were ready, and I was told yes. When I arrived, the girl at the counter handed me a box with a corsage that was literally just one orchid flower. There was also nothing prepared for my son. I honestly cannot express how disappointed I was. It did not look elegant or tasteful — it looked very cheap and unfinished. When I questioned it, the young girl offered me a single rose, which made no sense at all. Eventually, the florist came out and tried to fix the corsage. After about 20 minutes, it did look better than before, but it still was not the work or quality that should have been done from the beginning. I understand “simple” was the style I requested, but simple does not mean just one flower with no effort or design.

I received outstanding service from this flower shop. The staff were able to accommodate making my custom bouquet while even dealing with a family emergency. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. The bouquet turned out beautifully. This will be my go-to flower shop from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at K Michaels. The floral arrangements they create are beautiful and unique. What really sets them apart, though, is their wonderful customer service. They are attentive, helpful, and clearly care about going the extra mile. Five stars!

I ordered through their website for my mom's birthday as I live in BC and wanted to gift her something from afar. Her birthday came and the flowers weren't delivered, I called the florist (after hours due to time change) but Christian picket up the phone. Explained the situation and there was an issue with the credit card details on my end so it never went through. He accepted the payment and delivered her flowers personally after hours on her birthday to make it right. He also allowed me to gift her a Christmas arrangement at no charge as compensation for the mix up. Excellent customer service and the arrangements were beautiful. Thank you!

I had an issue with some Christmas arrangements I had ordered. I phoned, asked questions, the staff was very polite and answered as best they could and said the owner would be in touch. We did speak, the owner and I, I expressed my problems, he gave a solution that was above and beyond. I realize the holidays are busy and hectic, and he just wanted to make things right. I appreciate all that was done. The arrangements are beautiful. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

In short, I will NEVER be using them again!
The initial conversation with the florist was fine. They were nice and said they understood my expectations. I had CLEARLY communicated and they had agreed with my expectation that the order would be prioritized for early morning. The order ended up being delivered around 1:30 PM in the afternoon.
They had also agreed on the florist sending me a completed photo/video of the bouquet and getting my go ahead, before sending it for delivery. That did not happen. I did not get a single photo or video and I had to call them multiple times starting at 10 am about the status of the order. Even after inquiring multiple times, I did not get a clear timeline of when the delivery was expected to happen.
I would have maybe understood if there was any sort of communication with me proactively from the floral shop, but there wasn’t. I was thinking of using their services for my upcoming wedding, but will not be. I would also encourage everyone (including people I know in Windsor) to be very careful about believing any of their promises or timelines. I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others either. They are very unprofessional in their business approach and keep their customers in the dark about what’s happening unless you constantly follow up with them 24/7.
What can I even say about the end product- bouquet? It was NOTHING as I had communicated. The flowers were all very dry and did not look good at all. I was expecting a beautiful bouquet for my fiancé’s birthday and instead was disappointed how her big day turned out to be.
