IAID took care of my father Darryl for almost 7 weeks till he was accepted into long term care. After being assessed in the hospital as total care, it was all put in place with a few phone calls. First IAID was an amazing company. The people they have taking care of my father were even more amazing. They not only took care of him but they even help out with my 77 year mother as well and did light housework, like laundry and dishes. It was wonderful experience through a stressful time. Especially watching your loved getting weaker. We enjoy conversations and even got to know them a bit. We enjoyed their company and learned so much about their cultures. Thank so much to all of you. We miss you!
Very amazing caregivers. The management team was very caring. Took calls 24/7 whenever we needed them.
Really great home care. We put home care in place for my aunt who was sick. She lives in Windsor. Care was superb!! Owner and care team were beyond amazing.
