GoodLife manning is a great gym to join! Staff is amazing and welcoming! Equipment / changing rooms are always clean and sanitized. Great equipment to use :)Would recommend this gym to all family and friends !

Been a member for over 7 years! Love the gym, great atmosphere. Lately its been really overcrowded. Every other Goodlife in Windsor is 24/7. If only they would stay open to 12 like they used to, instead of closing at 10pm. I feel like that is too early. Otherwise would be 5 stars!
