Definitely one of best gyms I've ever been and will continue to enjoy. They have the equipment that suits my workout routine and also have equipment other gyms don't have.

Superb gym. Jen and the amazing staff gave me the royal treatment- the equipment is pristine and the amenities are vast. I was held up during the snowstorm that froze NYC for a few days, and this was an amazing experience. I have friends in Windsor and this will now become my first stop on my next visits. I miss it already!

Kristi Provost is a gem. She is very client focused and helps to get the best membership rates for her members. Last year when I was going to lose my corporate membership when I retired she gave me some suggestions. I was able to renew under my association as a retiree!
This year she caught that I was bounced out of my corporate membership.
She certainly goes above and beyond for her members.
