I was unsure about getting back to the gym and frustrated with how little I could do after a life altering car accident. Stacey was the first face I met at F45 and she has been an incredible support in helping me get moving again. Sam has incredible energy and has created such a friendly and supportive community. I'm so grateful that the movements I'm unable to do can be modified!

The only regret I have joining F45 Tecumseh is not signing up sooner. I struggle with at-home workouts and fell off track going to the gym. I needed a change as my health started declining. I signed up and started a six week challenge where I lost 5% body fat and increased my muscle mass by 3%. I have noticed a significant increase in energy levels and positive changes to my mental health. The team is so outgoing and supportive making daily habit changes so much easier. They have a variety of different events or challenges to keep you engaged. I encourage everyone no matter their skill level to give F45 a try and see for yourself.

April 1 I walked into the gym to meet Stacey and talk about a trial membership and it was the best decision I've made arguably ever. The support, knowledge the friendly faces. It's changed me... physically and mentally. You can not put a price tag on what I have gained and will continue to gain at F45 Tecumseh. Get your a$@ in the door now. You won't regret it
