We cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional work done by Plaza Ontario and particularly their skilled people (Miron and Gandhi) on our kitchen floor. From start to finish, their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.
They installed large 48 x 48 ceramic tiles, and the precision required for tiles of that size is no small task. Every cut, every alignment, and every seam was executed flawlessly.
What impressed us most was their commitment to quality. Plaza Ontario used top-of-the-line materials and took the time to ensure the foundation was perfectly prepared before laying a single tile. Their craftsmanship is evident — The grout lines are precise, the spacing is perfect, and the overall finish looks like something out of a high-end design magazine.
Beyond their technical expertise, Miron and Gandhi were punctual, respectful, and meticulous in keeping the workspace clean and organized throughout the project. Our new kitchen floor is truly the pride of our home.

After shopping for tile throughout Windsor I found the only option for great service was Plaza Ontario. Not only did they listen to my vision they were able to provide several examples of tile. I wouldn’t waste my time searching the city instead I would recommend going directly to Plaza Ontario

I have dealt with Plaza Ontario many time over the past 25 years for flooring and they have always had not only the best selection and prices but their service and after market is second to none. I recently has an issue with one of their suppliers of Engineered flooring and the resolution from the supplier was unacceptable but Plaza Ontario sales Rep Darsh and Owners stepped up to resolve the lack of ownership from the supplier and completed my replacement and repair at no cost to me. This type of service is really a rarity now days and I cannot say enough good things about dealing with such a reputable local longstanding business in our Community is refreshing! I would only recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much Darsh and Plaza for your top notch service! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

I advise my customers to shop here because they have an excellent selection and they stay relevant with the times and styles of today. Great prices and if there's ever a problem with the tile they stand by their warranty and even give more tile if possible free of charge when tiles snap or break from regular use or proper cutting.
