Fit4Less offers great value for its members, with a wide range of equipment, including machines not typically found in other locations. The gym has a spacious layout with plenty of squat racks, benches, and leg presses. It is a former curling club and was once Lifestyles Family Fitness, with hardworking staff who ensure a good experience. The gym is very spacious, so there is usually little waiting, even during busy times. It features a variety of workout equipment suitable for different routines, giving it a bodybuilder-style atmosphere. Membership prices are fair, and the black membership provides access to the entire gym. The men's showers could be improved, but overall, Fit4Less provides a great workout experience at a reasonable price. The change rooms and washrooms need more cleaning, and most equipment is in the black card area, so paying for a black card is recommended for full access.
The gym is excellent with top-quality equipment and a great atmosphere. The only thing missing is a digital weight scale machine. Having one would allow members to track their fitness progress more accurately and stay motivated. Adding this would make the experience even better.
I’ve traveled from Ottawa and none of the Fit4Less locations there compare. I had such a great experience at this location! The staff are amazing — always friendly, helpful, and bringing such positive energy. The gym itself is spotless, very well maintained, and has a great assortment of equipment for every type of workout.
What really stood out to me was the welcoming vibe from other members too — everyone was respectful, motivating, and it created such an encouraging atmosphere to train in. The layout makes it easy to find what you need, machines are in excellent condition, and there’s plenty of space so you never feel crowded.

For all that don't know the history of this wonderful place..... It used to be an old curling club. More recently, it was Lifestyles Family Fitness. Very hard workers at this location.
