Families First Funeral Home has the best community and staff. I will always recommend them to anybody who has a recently deceased. The staff are so wonderful and amazing. Shout out to Michaela, Iain, Bill, Basia, Peter, Sara, Darrin, Samm, Chelsey, Alexis, Kenny, Leah, Denica, Logan, Patrick, Kris, Orlando, Jordan and so so many more. All very caring and kind human beings. They all succeed in making the grieving process the most comfortable for the loved ones. Thank you all so much.
I am so extremely pleased with the amazing service the Family First Funeral Home gave to me and my family! Chelsea was very gracious and empathetic during the process of putting plans together. She walked through each step carefully at a time and we never felt rushed with our plans. Peter was very accommodating, passionate and kind on the day of the funeral. He assisted us through each step for the day. All of our props and decorations, they were so kind to pick up from our house and put up to display and then take down and delivered back to us so that we didn't have to worry about it after the funeral. I have attended the past few Families First Creative Art Workshops. They provided a peaceful and thought provoking environment to cherish our loved ones by creating art to honour them. The instructors guided us and also shared their own stories of grief. Thank you for allowing us a space to love and remember the ones we miss and never forget.
