In 2023, I unexpectedly lost my daughter at 25 weeks,, families first (Dougall) was a god sent during this time, her service didn’t cost me anything beyond government fees and urn costs, the staff was so, so understanding and compassionate, they did everything in their power to make this experience as easy on me as possible. The decorations and set up was so so beautiful. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and compassion during this time, I didn’t even know where to start navigating my loss, and they helped every step of the way, including loss program recommendations for after the funeral.
