During the most darkest days of my family's life, we were given the most compassion and support to plan for something we never thought would happen. Renee, John, Craig and John (the limo driver) were exceptional humans and handled every question so gracefully. They didn't miss a detail and took such wonderful care of our sister. Visitors who came to pay their respects also noticed the kind treatment and respect fromt the staff. There are not enough positive things I could say about our experience. 1000% recommend!

A death is never easy at any time for anyone however I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Windsor Chapel on Dougall. I had to say goodbye to my husband and from the moment I walked in to check them out to the aftercare; I have had nothing but kindness, compassion, respect, advice, guidance and treated as if a member of the family.It is odd to recommend a funeral home however I am. They (I mean everyone!!) is wonderful and they will make one of the most unbearable situations in your life tolerable and take all of the worries out of this part of death away from you.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
