The people at Encore were excellent in helping us find the right product for our cooling and heating needs for our new sunroom. Andy and Alex did a very good job of installing the mini ductless split and their professionalism and attention to detail were top notch.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have worked with us on scheduled visits and emergency calls. I recommend them to everyone that asks who we use.
In our house, they have done plumbing work, dishwasher installation, HVAC, heat pump installation, tankless water installation. If we have an issue, we give them a call right away and they are very quick to accommodate. When our furnace died, they had it out and replaced with a brand new heat pump system within two days.
