DriveTest provides a smooth and efficient experience for its customers. The registration process is easy, and test instructors are punctual, polite, and professional. They offer helpful advice and create a comfortable atmosphere during the test. The employees at the counter are also great, providing amazing service and helping customers to get their experience added quickly.
The receptionist should have been more helpful in guiding everyone to make things move quickly. However, the lady in the test room was very kind and welcoming. The examiners, such as Justin, are super patient and provide clear instructions, which helps customers feel confident and safe driving.
Overall, DriveTest offers a positive experience, with examiners who are friendly, supportive, and fair. The experience may vary depending on the examiner assigned, but the testing environment is generally supportive and enjoyable, making it a great place to take your test and achieve success.
I passed my G test and had such a great experience. My examiner who was a male with long hair with glasses was so kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the whole test, which made me feel a lot less nervous. They made the experience feel very comfortable and positive. I’m really grateful I had such a nice examiner and I’m so happy I passed.
I’m truly grateful to Mr. Mehmet Fatih for being such an exceptional instructor.
His patience, professionalism, and dedication made every lesson enjoyable and effective.
He gave me confidence behind the wheel and prepared me incredibly well for my test.
We drove down from the Niagara region to test my oldest for G2. We drove back and forth on Tecumseh to get them comfortable with the traffic volume in Windsor which is heavier than home or the testing area and they passed with no issues:)
The lady performing the exam was awesome. Sadly I didn't catch her name to pass along the kudos. My young new free range driver was appreciative of the critical feedback on what they need to hone and is now looking forward to exploring the province after driving back up home after the test.
10/10! Define recommend. Would bring the rest of mine down if the bookings up here are full again.
