Crunch LaSalle have the best employees I have seen. Harj and Sofia in particular offer the best greetings and always make me feel welcome. The energy they have always makes me more motivated for my workouts.

Gym and staff are wonderful, the game changer for me was the personal training from Laura, in just a couple months she gave me goals I didn’t even know to dream up. She loves the lifestyle and encourages in the best way possible.

Joined in January 2025 at Peak membership, I have been attending Class group fitness and my husband work on various machines. It's a great work out experience. The staff is friendly, my husband has great mentality associated with Saleem, Although it's a small class but the instructor are great and enthusiastic I follow them all Yoga with Rana and Grace are very good, either beginners or advanced level suit all Amanda is very enthusiastic with her teaching I love going to her class, working on core and strength.
