Googled heating and cooling in Windsor because I was interested in getting information on yearly packages for maintenance on my AC and furnace. I called over five companies and CK not only offered the best price but the most with the package. Booked an appointment that day. They showed up 2 days later. Not only did they call me the day to let me know where the tech was, but when the tech was a few minutes late they also called me to let me know that as well. I appreciate that they took the time to keep me updated and informed as we all know waiting and that 8:00 to 4:00 or 1:00 to 5:00 window can be annoying.
