Jason cleaned a bunch of carpet in my house, including some 100% wool carpet that required special treatment. He did a great job, offered fair pricing, and made sure I was aware of the details involved with the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning in Windsor-Essex.
My husband and I recently had Jason come out to clean our basement carpet, but we got much more than what I would have expected from this relatively standard service. Jason gave us some excellent advice and a few steps to take before having the carpets cleaned and deoderized. When he returned to perform the clean he even helped my husband finish laying down some plastics and putting the carpets back in place before he got started! He absolutely went the extra mile for us. The quality of his work was excellent, (the carpets are like new!), and as we have cats and a newborn we were assured that the products he used were pet and child safe.
