We went to Best Buy today looking for a new sound-bar for our TV, we were maybe in the store looking at the sound-bars for a few seconds before an employee named Hunter approached us, he was super friendly and knowledgeable on all the sound-bars and other electronics in the store, he made such a previously frustrating experience we had early that day at other stores seem so easy as he assisted us through the entire process and had us leaving the store satisfied and excited for our new purchase!

Had an outstanding experience! Geo and Hunter went above and beyond to help me find a tv and appliances. They gave exceptional customer service and also helped me find an incredible deal on the products I bought. Their knowledge and professionalism made my shopping experience a breeze. My wife and I are new to Canada, and on Thanksgiving Day, we took a one-hour bus ride from Baby Street to Walker Road to buy a laptop for her since there were fewer buses running. I checked Google to see if Best Buy was open on Thanksgiving Day, and it indicated that it was open. However, when we arrived, the doors were closed. Currently, my wife works at Tim Hortons, and it's challenging to get a shift off to visit the Walker Road Best Buy to purchase the laptop. Our Thanksgiving Day was quite disappointing, so I kindly request that you update Google with accurate store hours to prevent other people, especially those who may not have much, from experiencing the same...read full review
